Agreement to Terms

By using Skyra Heating & Cooling’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service or work.

Services Provided

Skyra Heating & Cooling provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services, as well as plumbing and electrical work. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Pricing and Payment

We provide written estimates before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative payment terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service call fee.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Skyra Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, or other property unless caused by gross negligence.

Permits and Approvals

Where required, we will obtain necessary permits. You are responsible for obtaining any homeowner association or condo board approvals.

SMS Communication Consent

Skyra Heating & Cooling Ltd. will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Privacy Policy Terms.
